Delivery
The goods will generally be delivered within three to ten days after we have received your payment. The type of dispatch will be either TNT, or FedEx depending on the weight of your parcel and the destination.
After completing an order, you will receive an Email with a confirmation that we have received your order. Sometimes errors do occur in our stock inventory or other customers order just before you. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because your items are not in stock. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated) provided the goods are on stock. However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us by email app@boardsales.com and we will try to resolve the issue promptly.
We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated provided.
Freight Cost
The freight costs include packing, transport and shipping charges. The charges depend on the weight and/or volumetric weight of the parcel and will be shown as soon as you add a product into your cart. They do not include import tariffs (for international shipping). We recommend grouping your purchases together in one order so you would only pay the freight costs once.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return of Goods
We are committed to providing our customers with high quality products and service. Unless stated (Used and Vintage page), all products we supply are brand new. Purchases made from our online store are not sold on a “Trial basis”. Customers are strongly advised to check the suitability and specification of products prior to purchasing. In the event we, at our discretion, may agree to accept the goods back the following conditions will apply:
To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must request it within 10 days of receiving your item, having taken good care of it and kept it in an unused state, complete with packaging (in a resaleable condition) and all its components.
The refund will be made direct to the credit/charge card originally used to place the order unless requested otherwise. By making a payment we are not entering into a contract of sale.
You will not be refunded for the postage and packaging of your item. Please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. We recommend using a secure delivery method. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
